Adriatic2Alps is an amazing innitiative that organizes photography tours to the beautiful Slovenia and Croatia. I like this cool idea, no wonder that they got awarded in 2009 as the best idea in Slovenian tourism by Slovenian Tourism Board.

We have been both to Croatia and Slovenia several time. I can confirm that both countries are very photogenic and with local guides it must be a real fun!
